The Laundry Shelf
July 8, 2008 2:52 pm HomeOur basement contains a type of shelving that is usually not found anywhere else. This shelving is suspended from the ceiling by chains. We put laundry items and flashlights on the shelf because the basement is both dark and home to the laundry machines. The shelf itself is quite long, but it is out of the way of people walking, though we have had a few guests bump their heads on the suspended shelf. The laundry detergents and other laundry chemicals are stored on this shelf safely.
