It really is no wonder how we’ve grown as a society so much so quickly in the last 100 years or so.  The answer is honestly simple: the development of massive construction equipment.  It’s allowed us to make massive improvements in time and quality of the building process.  Our country is truly built on the backs of the developments of the cat grader, bull dozer, backhoe and dump trucks.
